Eurovision Event in Greece!

BESO 2010. The Greek Eurovision Fanclub organises on 27th March its annual festival in Thessaloniki ,Be.So . Be.So contest comes from the words BEst SOng contest . All members of the Greek Eurovision Fanclub choose a country to represent with which they compete with a song sung in each country's official language and an artist related to that.Earlier in February 2010 2 semifinals were organized from which 20 songs qualified in the Final to meet the top 5 countries from last year's contest.

20 artists in the Ukraine...

The Ukraine has held auditions today, attracting 67 acts. 20 of them have made it to the final on Saturday, their songs are to be presented tomorrow. Vasyl, earlier internally selected, will get his chance in Saturday's final. Iryna Rosenfeld was part of the final in 2006, which was won by Tina Karol. The artists that made the cut are...

Drip Drop it is!

It has been confrimed today by the Azerbajiani broadcaster that Safura will sing the song Drip Drop at the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo. The 17 year old singer was already selected to represent her country on March 2nd but the song choice was still open, until now. (source: escdaily.com)

Josh Dubovie, the UK's entrant for the Eurovision Contest, was rejected from Britain's Got Talent, according to a report. The 19-year-old failed an audition for Simon Cowell's show before winning Your Country Needs You!

Antwerp calling!

Just like in recent years, Belgium will again host a number of delegations for this year's Eurovision Songcontest. Antwerpen will be the host city of the Eurovision promotion event on Friday 30th april. Three artists have been confirmed already, more are expected soon.
